Have look and see what’s coming up!
We’ve had to make some changes to our systems due to COVID 19. Sadly, at the moment we can’t let you in the shop and our changing rooms are closed, but the toilets are open and we have a one way system to enable the safe filling of tanks. Kit is available for hire but must be pre-booked through the booking form. We are limited to 6 divers on each boat. Groups can take both boats if necessary, but strict social distancing has been implemented so please read our COVID operational guidelines which come in a link with the booking form. Seating areas are clearly labelled (X marks the spot for your Bott) and a one way system on and off the boat helps keep everyone distanced but friendly!
We have tried to make booking as easy and flexible as possible but planning tides and dives is not an easy task and flexibility is the key, so if in any doubt, or you don’t see the dives you want, please feel free to ask! We’ll always do our best to help. If you are new to UK Diving and would like a Dive Guide to boost your confidence and ‘show you the ropes’, please state this on the comments box in the booking form and we will allocate one of our team to you for £50 per day. We have 2 RIBS Sword & Sabre. Generally speaking Sabre is more adventurous than Sword, but Sword has been known to go out of her comfort zone on occasions, so always check first!
Because of the tidal range in the UK, not all sites are dive-able every day. We aim to dive any day the weather allows and any time we have 4 or more divers on the boat.
We have divided our local sites into groups. Non tidal, which can be dived pretty much any time, East Bay dives and West Bay dives. The times given are the times for Ropes Off and the ESTIMATED return time. You will need to be kitted up and ready on the boat at the time stated on the booking, if you are late, we may have to go without you to ensure the rest of the group don’t miss their dive. Ropes off may vary slightly with the conditions and will be confirmed on the booking calendar a few days before. Please allow for the flexibility of Mother Nature and don’t cut it too fine!
Information on individual dive sites, their location and price, is located on our Info tab.
A Yellow dot with West/East Bay or Non-Tidal means you can still influence the dive site on the booking form!
A green dot means the dive site is confirmed
A Blue Dot indicates a training course date.
The two dive ticket saves you filling out the form twice. If you want to dive the whole weekend and no Intro or Wrecked In Weymouth trips are running then contact us and we can do the form filling for you.
Initially we state the diveable area i.e. East/West Bay or local. Groups or individuals can then opt for their choice of specific sites on the booking form and secure their choice with a deposit. For group organisers we know that organising divers can be like herding cats. Our online accounting system Xero, is flexible and easy to use so we can handle deposits, group or individual invoices, rolling deposits and all that jazz, meaning you sort the cash in whatever way works best for you.
If in doubt, just ask and we’ll book it for you!
